WE ARE HIRING FOR THE 2026 SEASON!

2026 Farm Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking one experienced, reliable person to join our team part-time for the 2026 season. This role is best suited for someone who has prior experience working on a production farm, as a landscaper, or with cut flowers and is comfortable stepping into a physically demanding, detail-oriented environment with confidence and care.

The ideal candidate is self-directed, observant, and able to anticipate needs as the season unfolds. They are comfortable working both independently and alongside a small team, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing things well and efficiently.

We strive to create a work culture that is respectful and kind, fun and focused, and grounded in clear expectations and open communication. We are a small, tight-knit team with the shared goal of growing beautiful flowers, valuing each person’s strengths, and making a consistent effort—daily, weekly, and seasonally—to support one another.

This position includes an early-season learning curve and transitions into a fast-paced, high-volume harvest rhythm as the season peaks.

When:
April or May through October

Schedule:
Part-time, Wednesday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience on a production farm or working with cut flowers strongly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards

  • Self-directed and able to manage time and tasks independently

  • Comfortable receiving and giving clear, direct communication

  • Reliable and consistent—able to show up on time, ready to work

  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Committed to working the full season

Responsibilities include:

  • Harvesting to quality and timing standards

  • Weeding and bed maintenance

  • Planting and crop transitions

  • Mowing and weed whacking

  • Processing fresh and dried flowers

  • Attending to and maintaining the farmstand

  • Making local deliveries as needed

  • Assisting with infrastructure projects (moving hoophouses, etc.)

Compensation:
Hourly wage starts at $18–$20/hour, depending on experience

Perks:
Free flowers, plants, and tubers for your own garden, treats throughout the season, and an end-of-season bonus
