2026 Farm Job Opportunity

We strive to create a work culture that is respectful and kind, fun and focused, and grounded in clear expectations and open communication. We are a small, tight-knit team with the shared goal of growing beautiful flowers, valuing each person’s strengths, and making a consistent effort—daily, weekly, and seasonally—to support one another.
This position includes an early-season learning curve and transitions into a fast-paced, high-volume harvest rhythm as the season peaks.

Reliable and consistent—able to show up on time, ready to work
Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Committed to working the full season
Responsibilities include:
Harvesting to quality and timing standards

Perks:
Free flowers, plants, and tubers for your own garden, treats throughout the season, and an end-of-season bonus
